1. Who We Are

This website is operated by ACCESSORIZE BRANDS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales at Companies House. Registered Number: 12543459. Our registered Office is at 1 Nicholas Road, London, W11 4AN. Our UK VAT Number is 350 4085 26.

These Terms include both our Terms of Use (governing your general access to and use of the website) and our Terms of Sale (governing any purchases you make from us). Please read both carefully.

These terms and conditions can be updated at any time. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should stop using our website and you will not be able to order from our website.

In order to create an account, sign up for our newsletter, join our Treats Club, or place an order, you must be aged 16 or over. If you’re under 16 you can still browse our website, but please get permission from a parent or guardian before doing this.

2. Terms of Use

We have made this website available to you for your own personal non-commercial use. We may modify, withdraw or deny access to this website at any time.

This website and all of its contents is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights throughout the world and is owned by us or licensed to us by third parties. You may use our website and its contents for non-commercial, private use as contemplated by these terms. Any other use of this website and its contents is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to help any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of our website content.

You agree that when accessing the website, you shall not price scrape or harvest pricing either manually or by use of a web spider, web robot or any other web crawling technology. We monitor the market for infringements of our intellectual property rights and reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to protect our rights.

If you choose to register an account with us, you must keep your account details safe and treat as confidential.

We work hard to keep our website accurate, secure, and running smoothly. However, we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We’re not responsible for:

  • - Any loss or damage caused by your inability to use the website
  • - Loss of data, income, or business
  • - Anything beyond our reasonable control (like internet outages or cyberattacks)

We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software and taking steps to protect your device.

3. Terms of Sale

When you place an order on our website, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received it. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it simply acknowledges that we’ve received it.

A contract between you and Monsoon is only formed once we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched. Until then, we reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

If we’re unable to fulfil your order (or any part of it), we’ll let you know as soon as possible and will not charge you for the unavailable items. If your payment has already been processed, we’ll refund you in full.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide us with a correct email address and that your mailbox is in proper working order. Please check any spam folders you may have for order communications.

Please be advised that we are unable to rectify mistakes you have made on your order so do check it carefully before checking out. Please see the section below for your rights to cancel.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include UK VAT. Delivery costs are added at checkout. We are unable to process VAT refunds directly for international orders. Customers may be able to recover VAT locally depending on their country’s tax rules.

We do our best to ensure all prices and product information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch in the event of a pricing error, even if you have received an order confirmation email. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

Product prices shown on our website may change from time to time, for example, if the product you are ordering is subject to a promotional discount or offer which is either applied or withdrawn during the selling period. Always check the item details carefully prior to placing an order including checking the prices for different colourways of the same item.

5. Product reviews

By submitting a product review on our website, you agree to the following:

  • • You are the original author of the content and have the right to submit it.
  • • Your review is honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience with the product.
  • • You will not submit any content that is:
    - False, misleading, or deceptive
    - Defamatory, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory
    - Infringing on any third party’s rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy
    - Promotional or advertising in nature
    - Containing personal information about anyone else

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our sole discretion, especially where they breach these rules or are otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting a review, you grant Monsoon a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, copy, publish, edit, or share the content in any format and on any platform. This includes use for marketing, social media, and other promotional activities.

You must be at least 16 years old to submit a review. By posting content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We are not responsible for content submitted by users and do not endorse the views expressed in reviews.

8. Cancelling Your Order

In addition to the rights, you have in our Returns Policy found here, your statutory rights entitle you to 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel.

The easiest way to cancel is to follow the process to register your return on our Returns Portal here. You can also contact our customer service team here. Once you have cancelled your order you then have 14 days to send your product back to us using our Returns Portal.

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the original payment method.

Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging.

9. Products

We try to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, the colours, textures, and details you see may vary slightly from the actual item, depending on your device’s display settings and lighting.

All measurements are approximate, and slight variations may occur. These minor differences do not constitute a fault or make the item not as described under your statutory rights.

If colour or finish is critical (e.g., for matching purposes), we recommend contacting us before purchase or visiting one of our stores where possible.

We're legally required to supply products that meet the terms of our contract with you — and we always aim to do just that. If something you buy is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t work as it should, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we’ll put things right.

Apart from those legal rights, we’re not responsible for:

  • - Business losses or costs (for example, lost profits or missed opportunities)
  • - Any loss or damage that we couldn’t have reasonably expected when you placed your order
  • - If something goes wrong with your order, our total responsibility to you won’t be more than the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order.
10. Your Personal Information

We will never ask you for your personal details or your login details via email. Please contact us directly here if you receive any suspicious emails purporting to be us.

11. Limiting Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so such as personal injury caused by our negligence or faulty goods.

We’re not responsible for business losses, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption or any loss that wasn’t foreseeable when we made the contract.

We will only be liable to you for direct losses, which you suffer as a result of a breach of these terms by us and which are a ‘foreseeable’ consequence of us breaching these terms. Losses are ‘foreseeable’ where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

We shall not be responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these terms arising from any event beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights.

If any event beyond our reasonable control takes place (including but not limited to a pandemic, war and natural, global or political events) that affects our performance of our obligations we will notify you as soon as possible and our obligations under these terms will be suspended and the time for performance extended for the duration of the event outside our reasonable control.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint that we can’t resolve, you may wish to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. 13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Treats Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions between Accessorize Brands Limited ("Accessorize" "We" "Us" "Our") and the customer, ("Account Holder" "You" "Your") govern:
(i) participation in the Treats Loyalty Scheme and,
(ii) tthe use of a Treats Loyalty Scheme Account ("Account") to accrue points (the "Points") that can be spent as Treat Vouchers (the "Vouchers”), (together, the "Loyalty Scheme").

Participation

2. The Loyalty Scheme is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 or over.

3. We reserve the right to decline an application to participate in the Loyalty Scheme at Our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.

4. The Loyalty Scheme is personal to You and Account balances cannot be transferred to any third party.

Collection of Points

5. Points are collected when you purchase Accessorize Product (“Purchases”)

6. For online purchases, in order to collect Points, You are required to sign in to your Account on the Accessorize website. Your Treats Account must be linked to your Online Account, but this will be linked automatically if you have signed up online. Once signed in, Points shall accrue automatically onto Your Account when you pay for Purchases.

7. For Purchases in Accessorize stores, present Your Treats Card or Account Number at the time of payment for Purchases. For the full list of participating Accessorize stores click here or visit accessorize.com/view/content/store-finder.

8. Once a Purchase is made Points will be 'Pending’ for 30 days to allow for any returns to be made (“Returns Period”). Should a Purchase be returned, the corresponding pending Points balance will be deducted from Your Account.

9. We reserve the right to amend the Returns Period at any time.

10. After the Returns Period, Points will be classed as 'Cleared'.

11. Cleared Points shall remain on your Account for a period of 12 months from the date they are classed as 'Cleared'.

Exclusions

12. Certain Purchases are excluded from Our Loyalty Scheme or have special conditions attached

13. The following shall be considered “Out of Scope Purchases”:
(i) Concessions & Marketplaces: Points cannot be collected, and Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Purchases in concession stores or online marketplaces;
(ii) Some third-party branded products: Points cannot be collected, and Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Purchases of some third-party branded products;
(iii) Gift Cards: You can collect Points when purchasing a Gift Card but not when redeeming Gift Cards;
(iv) Treat Vouchers: You cannot collect Points on values paid for with a Treat Voucher;
(v) Monsoon: Points cannot be collected, and Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Purchases in our Monsoon stores;
(vi) Any Purchase other than that by a natural person for their personal, individual use.

Treats Vouchers

14. Points shall be converted into Vouchers as soon as they Clear and are more than the minimum threshold of 20 Points. For instance, 20 Points shall be converted into £1 worth of Vouchers and 100 Points shall be converted into £5 worth of Vouchers

15. Accrual of Vouchers is subject to a maximum threshold of £150 (or €150) worth of Vouchers in any one month and £300 (or €300) worth of Vouchers in each 12-month period (commencing 1 April to 31 March). Points will continue to accrue in accordance with clause.

16. Vouchers are issued based on the number of Points earned in accordance with the table below:

17. We will contact You to let You know when your Vouchers are available, and when they are due to expire. It is Your responsibility to notify us of any change in contact details and we shall not be held liable for Vouchers that are not redeemed for any reason.


Redemption of Vouchers

18. Vouchers may only be used by You to purchase Accessorize branded/labelled product or Accessorize Gift Cards (excluding any sale items or any Out of Scope Purchases) in any participating Accessorize store and at accessorize.com.

19. To redeem Vouchers You must present Your Card or Account Number at the time of Purchase either in store or online. You must also present your Pin Number for Purchases online.

20. Your Account Number can be found printed on the back of your Card or within your Account online uk.accessorize.com

21. Your Pin Number can be found printed on the back of your Card, on any Loyalty Scheme email or on your Account. A copy of your Pin Number can be obtained via Accessorize customer services: customerservices@monsoon.co.uk

22. Vouchers issued in pound sterling (£) can only be redeemed in UK and Northern Ireland stores and online at uk.accessorize.com.

23. Vouchers issued in euros (€) can only be redeemed in Republic of Ireland stores and cannot be redeemed online at uk.accessorize.com.

24. Use of Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions listed here and any other accompanying terms and conditions

26. Individual Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed.

27. No cash or any other alternative will be given in exchange for Vouchers.

28. Voucher value will be automatically deducted from Your Account when it is presented with a Purchase to a member of staff in store, or when you are logged into your Account online and you select to use your Voucher at checkout.

Returns

29. If, during the Returns Period, You return a purchased item(s) for a full or partial refund, the Pending Points that have been collected on such item(s) will be deducted.

30. If You return an item outside the Returns Period once Cleared Points have been added, it is within Our discretion as to whether Your return is accepted. If it is, We will deduct the equivalent number of Cleared Points to reflect any returns made. This may result in negative Cleared Points.

31. When a Purchase is returned or cancelled and one or more Vouchers were used as full payment, any refund will be given in a Return Card (i.e., We will not refund money to You in these circumstances).

32. Where a transaction has been paid for partly with Treats and partly with cash, the cash value will be refunded in cash before the Voucher value in Return Voucher(s).

Additional Benefits - Ad Hoc

Competitions

33. From time to time, You will receive notifications for Ad Hoc Competitions and Prizes (“Ad Hoc Benefits”). Any Ad Hoc Benefits will be governed by separate T&C’s which will be notified to You at the time.

General

34. Level 2 Account holders are entitled to two (2) free next day delivery offers (‘Free Next Day Delivery’) per year.

35. Level 3 Account holders are entitled to unlimited Free Next Day Delivery offers per year

36. Cancellation – we reserve the right to refuse to issue Vouchers or to close or cancel Your Account should we consider that Your Account is being used fraudulently or a breach of these terms has occurred. In the event Your Account is cancelled, Your balance will be cancelled, and no Vouchers will be issued.

37. Should we query Your Account balance, You shall be responsible for producing on request, the required proof of purchase for any queried transaction.

Personal Information – Accessorize Brands Limited will be the data controller and processor of any information You supply on Your Treats Application Form. You acknowledge that We may use such information, together with information relating to Your transactions, Purchases, and participation in the Loyalty Scheme, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

40. These terms and Your use of the Loyalty Scheme are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or Your use of the Loyalty Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales. WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and Internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

  • Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
  • Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

Monsoon Accessorize is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

For example, if you buy a new clock from us we would accept your old clock and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.

Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

For any goods purchased on our website (e.g. a lamp) we will accept the old lamp back in store within 28 days with proof of purchase.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

WEEE Regulations

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The current balance on gift cards can be used as complete or partial payment for Accessorize items in store or online at Accessorize.com. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card. You can check your balance in store, at the point of checkout or by ringing customer services on 0203 372 3052.

Accessorize gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue after which any remaining balance will be voided.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. Treat cards like cash.

Items bought with a gift card can be returned under our normal return policy. Refunds will be issued as store credit or a replacement card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used for prior purchases, or resold.

We reserve the right to cancel any card suspected of fraud or misuse.

Purchases are subject to our standard terms and conditions which may (along with these gift card terms and conditions) be updated from time to time.

E-Gift Cards will be sent to the email address of the person who is receiving the Gift Card and by entering their email address you confirm that they’ll be happy to hear from us.

The standard Website shipping charge for delivery will be added to the final cost of gift vouchers you are purchasing at checkout.
