Known and loved for her confident, colour-led styling, playful pattern mixing and signature use of accessories, she encourages her audience to uncover and embrace their own personal style and wear the pieces they love every day. Her warm, positive and relatable approach to fashion is something that truly resonates with us at Accessorize, which inspired us to collaborate.

The 28-piece collection includes slogan jumpers and knitted triangle scarves for cosy layering, bags and bag charms packed with personality, and ‘finishing touch’ accessories, like embroidered caps and beaded jewellery — staples all frequently spotted in @goodmannersstyle content. Always admiring of a signature accessory, we also had to add a reimagined version of Charlotte’s leopard-print headband.

Is there a story behind your social handle @goodmannersstyle?

Yes! My maiden name is Manley, and growing up people always called me ‘Manners’. I also had a dream of opening my own coffee shop, and that I’d call it ‘Good Manners’. I never opened the coffee shop, but when I started my own venture into fashion, the name felt too good not to use — so that’s how @goodmannersstyle came to be.

What made you say yes to collaborating with Accessorize?

It was an immediate yes. Accessories are such a huge part of my personal style, and I genuinely believe they can completely transform an outfit. I feel naked without my jewellery and extra finishing touches, so collaborating with Accessorize felt like the perfect fit.

What was the inspiration and design process like for the ACCESSORIZE X GOOD MANNERS collection?

The overall design process was just really fun and relaxed. Faye, Accessorize’s Head of Design, and I had a good conversation about fashion, personal style, and what we are both inspired by. The main inspiration came from the wardrobe staples I re-wear every season — items that feel timeless, versatile and made to last. From there, we explored colours, fabrics, fits and bag styles, always thinking about how they would be worn in everyday life. The goal for this collection was to create a range of go-to pieces that people will reach for again and again, building memories with them and wearing them across different occasions.

Which pieces from the collection are your favourites and why?

I would definitely say the Burgundy Bowler Bag because it feels like the perfect piece to transition into autumn, whilst still being practical enough to fit everything I need. The Triangle Knit Scarf because it gives your outfit a pop of colour and gives you a little extra layer of warmth as the seasons change. But, the standout for me is the Coffee Slogan Stripe Jumper — I am obsessed with the blue and burgundy colour combo. It feels bright and playful, whilst still embracing those richer, autumnal tones.

What are your top tips for creating good style, everyday?

My biggest tip is not to overthink it. If you want to wear more colour, start small with a pop of colour in a bag, scarf or knit, and don’t be afraid to experiment. The most important thing is wearing what feels comfortable and true to you. If you feel good in what you’re wearing, you’ll naturally look good too. Great everyday style doesn’t have to be complicated — just lean into the colours and pieces that feel like you.

And lastly, what do you love most about Accessorize?

What I love most about Accessorize is how fun and joyful it feels. You can’t not walk into an Accessorize store and spend hours in there. I love looking at all the collections which are so playful, full of beautiful details, and somehow always have that perfect finishing piece that makes you smile. It’s always my go-to when I want to add a pop of colour or need something with a bit of interest to add to an outfit.
