Stick on instructions:
Peel and stick the patch face up onto your garment or item. Cover with a spare piece of fabric. Set iron to the hot cotton setting and press firmly for approximately 30-45 seconds. Iron the reverse side for 30 seconds to reinforce. Repeat if necessary. When washing, turn your garment inside out and use a gentle wash cycle.
