It depends on when you place your order: - Order by 10am – collect from midday the same day - Order by 1pm – collect from 3pm the same day - Order after 3pm – collect from midday the next day We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready to pick up.
You have 10 days to collect your order once it's ready. If it’s not collected in time, it’ll be returned and you will be refunded in full. Your funds will go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring it with you and show the order number. Don’t forget a valid ID that matches the name on the email.
Please bring your confirmation email to the till in your chosen store and a member of staff will bring your order to you.
